Absolute waste of time. I've waited since June 1st (it's now July 10th) for a cost on granite worktops. Admittedly I'm only spending about £6000 on the cabinets (alone) but if they can't be bothered to return your calls or emails before you give them any money, why would you expect them to sort any after sale problems out promptly? Avoid like the plague.

Really hard work! They gave me bad advice and then tried to charge me for non payment when I had spent 6 weeks chasing them for the final outstanding balance on my account. Talk about adding insult to injury. I wouldn't recommend them :-(
