One of my favourite cheap takeaways. Their lunchtime deal is really good value for money and I love their chicken in black Bean sauce. Once I ordered sth different but wasn't this tasty

Our order arrived 45mins later than expected, taking an hour and 45mins from ordering to delivery. Unfortunately it was luke warm and was poorly packaged so the sauce from one dish was all over everything. The meat in the beef dish is fatty and slimey and the shredded chicken smells fishy. I've ordered from Wang fa many times before but today's order was really not acceptable.

We complained and they said unable to give a full refund but gave us a 30% discount. We haven't eaten most of the food, some of it even tasted off so I don't think 30% is really good enough.

I ordered food from here on 23rdseptember 2017, A vermicelli Dish that cost £6.30. I was surprised how flavoursome the dish was but disappointed at the meat content of the dish, as there was hardly any meat. Considering that this was £6.30 I would be remiss to tell anyone to order from here. Such a shame as food is half decent. stingy on ingredients though.

This has to be the WORST takeaway experience I have ever had. I ordered a vegetarian Singapore fried rice. I wrote 'no egg and vegetarian' in the special requests. I received the rice with chicken, pork and shrimp mixed in. I called the restaurant to correct the issue and was told I was have to bring the food back to the restaurant and pay £2 to have the food cooked again. I proceeded to return the food to the restaurant only to be told that by writing vegetarian, the lady who took the order believed this meant 'no vegetables'. I lost all confidence that they understood the needs and requirements of preparing a vegetarian meal and asked for a refund. I was told I would need to ring hungry house to arrange this. After speaking to a hungry house adviser, I was told that payments made in cash could only be refunded by the restaurant and that hungry house was only the middle man in cash transactions. After 2 hours of going back and forth about the meaning of the word vegetarian and being refused a refund, I saw something that turned my stomach. In the kitchen, I saw the cooks preparing chicken in a tub on the floor NEXT TO a man sweeping the dust from the floor directly onto the chicken. This is the WORST Chinese takeaway I have ever visited. If you enjoy quality food, prepared in a sanitary way, DO NOT VISIT THIS TAKEAWAY. If you are a vegetarian, please STAY AWAY, this restaurant do not understand what vegetarianism means and I am sure they do not prepare vegetarian meal in a meat free environment. Absolutely disgusted!!!!
