Complete rip-off. Avoid at any cost! 10£ entrance fee which is probably more expensive than most Central London locations, only to find out that you're forced to also leave your jacket and other items at the cloak room for another 1£/item. Once you go down, there's very few people there anyway so that's 11£ in total down the drain in just 3 minutes or so. Don't even think about any refunds...just simply avoid!

Police CAD number 452. Security took my partner and my mobile phones out of our hands. It appears to be homophobic. Live less then 10mins walk from the place appalled at what has happened....!!!

A couple of months ago I attended this useless club just for a dance and it was almost empty and the room that plays the good music wasn’t even open so waste of time. I don’t mind if it’s empty if the music is good but the music was rinse.

Not only was the club and the staff within highly unprofessional, they were also rude, obviously incompetent, the whole night wasn’t even worth it. The security was brainwashed and sheep like. I incurred £600 of damages as a result. Never saw anything of this £50 refunds system. Just better off going to a half decent club who have staff who know what they’re doing.

Then a shift manager (Mr Lone) came who was very helpful at the time and said there’s a bag and jacket refunds policy that they have up to the value of £50 each - better than nothing. I called the police to report the theft and the security yelled at me “what’s that gonna do anyway”. In the meantime, the manager checked the CCTV again and saw that they had mistakenly given my bag away to an Eastern European man? Said they would check ID’s the next day and call me back, I’ve written and called and not heard anything since.

First of all its expensive for a club in Ealing, even central London clubs don't charge £15 before 10 pm. The place was empty on a Friday night probably due to the price. The music was alright but blaring through those nasty speaker made my ears hurt.

Anyway, I left my bag in the cloak room, got my ticket. Coming back to the cloak room now as the night has ended.... where’s my bag?! The man behind the cloakroom (Josh) said “you didn’t leave your bag here” He said with sweat dripping down his big forehead. They checked the CCTV and saw that I HAD left my bag there. Not an apology, nothing.

Was there with girlfriend. Paid 20 for entry and then we were send outside the club to cash point to get fuc**** 1 pound for cloakroom....just one fuc****joke...
