I booked the storage almost three months ago when the ratings were still a bit better and had a bit of a scare when I read the new reviews while waiting for my delivery. My delivery arrived on time (And had also been collected on time) by drivers who were very professional. Everything that had been put into storage was also returned, so I haven't had the issue that others are reporting. Is it perfect? Well no, one of my own boxes got damp in the vehicle and almost broke when I carried it and the update on the delivery time could've come earlier (rather than halfway through the slot). However, it's cheap and I personally had no issues.

The WORST decision I’ve ever made. I regret it everyday. It’s mid December and I’m still chasing (with no response) for my missing items. I’m without any winter clothes. Save yourself months of stress and store your items elsewhere. I’ve also visited their storage in NW10. Tons of boxes and other items all over the place and unattended. No wonder they can’t locate anything. I’m looking into legal action. It’s that bad

My partner and I stored quite a few boxes plus sole furniture, roughly 20 units in total. We did this for 4 months whilst between homes. Once we had the moving in date for our new flat, we ordered the boxes to be delivers on our moving in date. On the date itself, they delivered 4 items in total, and tried to give us a painting that was not ours. When we tried to call and ascertain where our stuff was, we discovered there is no phone service - only an automated system that provides you an email address to contact, which in turn you get no answer from.

STAY AWAY. Service was fine until after I retrieved all of my stuff. They continue to charge my card monthly and they are completely unreachable via phone or email. I cannot even remove my card from their system since they have migrated to a new website and I no longer have access to my old account. Completely preposterous. If anyone has suggestions I would really appreciate it. I am planning to pay a physical site.

NEVER USE IT!!! DOESN'T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR!!! The worst customer service I've seen. I was waiting two months to get my stuff back. They never responded to emails or phone calls. When I went there in person the manager told me that he doesn't answer the emails, because he can't be bothered and there are too many people writing. I had to go there 4 times and everytime they lied to me, scheduling the delivery that never came. The only option was to demand it back and get them to order a taxi. They charged me for two extra months and never refunded the money. Also, all the boxes were damaged, with holes looking like someone was trying to put a hand inside and see what I have. I would recommend anyone who had a similar experience to write to the official customer service complaints.
